If you are thinking about taking a lesson, go today!! Dont wait until tomorrow!! Tomorrows forecast is looking pretty gnarly...gnarly as in bad, not good. The wind is supposed to pick up a bunch and make surfing pretty difficult, so if you are debating, I'd suggest surfing today or Sunday rather than Saturday.
Current conditions are around 9 feet at 9 seconds with winds out of the west....maybe check Long Beach?
